Translate description

The town Třemošnice is located at foothills of Železné hory, in the middle of Czech republic. It is 100 km from the capital city of Prague, 35 km from Pardubice and 22 km from Chrudim. The town has all social and civic amenities.

The first mention of the castle as a fortress was recorded in 1564. The original fortress was replaced with a renaissance castle by Albrecht Rabenhaupt in 1610, when he was 18 years old. The next owner of the castle was Jan Václav Caretto-Millesimo, who already owned the neighboring town Ronov nad Doubravou. In 1750 he wanted to reconstruct the castle in baroque style. However, only a part was rebuilt, including the chapel of st. Anne. His son, Jan Josef Caretto-Millesimo, donated the unfinished castle and the whole mansion to a foundation for impoverished nobles. The castle was in the foundation’s possession until 1948, when it was nationalized.

Since 2004, the castle has been in private ownership. After general reconstruction in 2012 the castle was finally approved. This unique land offers you many opportunities for your business, as a housing with permanent rental income or as a commercial center with services.

It is a great opportunity for developers, investment banks, large construction companies or creative investment funds.
